Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Do you want to make a difference to the lives of our children? MPR We are a thriving one-form entry primary school with nursery in the Tonbridge and Malling District in Kent and are based just outside of Maidstone. We are located close to two train stations and are on a direct bus route from the centre of Maidstone. Our aim is to provide an environment in which the children feel safe, secure and happy and able to develop a sense of self-worth in order to become confident, independent learners. The strapline "to make our best better" is evident through the dedication and commitment of all staff in supporting learning throughout the school. Personalised learning is at the core of our academy and thus My Unique Pupil Progress meetings and a variety of interventions encourage all children to achieve. In March 2014 we achieved 'good' in all areas from Ofsted. We have an award-winning (Kent Design Awards) building and are very well resourced. Each classroom has its own cloakroom for the children and office space for the teacher. Successful candidates will: -Be imaginative, enthusiastic and approachable teachers who are passionate about making a difference to the outcomes of our children. -Have the ability to plan and teach exciting lessons that will motivate, challenge and inspire our learners. -Understand the importance of feedback in helping children make progress. -Be a reflective practitioner who is committed to their own professional development and a high standard of professionalism. Whether you are an experienced Teacher or a strong NQT at the beginning of your teaching career, we would love to hear from you! St James the Great Academy was fast-tracked to become part of Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) on 1st April 2012. As the sponsor, AET believes that all young people deserve to become world-class learners - to learn, enjoy, succeed and thrive in a first rate educational environment with the best facilities, the best teaching and the most up-to-date resources available to them. In each of our academies, you will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD and Talent Management programmes. You will also be entitled to the following benefits: a health cash plan, vehicle affinity scheme, childcare vouchers and Westfield rewards. These positions are required September 2017. Closing date: Wednesday 5 July 2017. Interviews are scheduled to take place as soon as possible after the closing date. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive an overwhelming response.
