Descripción: Francais : One is looking for an IT Buyer and Procurement Liaison, (m/w) for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.Responsibilities: IT Transformation Procurement Support: - Analysis and Reporting of IT cost structure and Vendor Base for EMEA - Compilation of data and IT Spend Analysis - Analysis of current status and identification of opportunities for cost savings - Administration of IT Billing (review, analysis, coding) to track Cost Reduction dynamics - Interaction with Finance in Luxemburg to obtain and communicate EMEA Performance and Savings in IT - Monitoring and reporting of EMEA IT Spend dynamics- Execution per Plan of Action to facilitate Regional Cost Savings EMEA Cellular Research & Analysis:- Understanding of local cellular environment for EMEA Countries - Identification of local cost savings opportunities - Interaction with Global Cellular Coordinator in Bolton to communicate cost savings opportunities - Execution per plan of action to reduce cost - Monitoring new savings opportunities in EMEA and communication to Global Cellular Coordinator Contract Management Support:- Maintenance of Regional Agreements (Up-to-date copies, NDA) in cooperation with GSC Contact - Management Function and NPM. Profile:- Fluent in English - 5 years of experience, at least - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Advanced knowledge of Excel - Advanced time management and prioritization skills - Reasonable grasp of Technology (Cellular Devices, IT HW/SW). Offer:- Start date: immediate entry or to agree - 6 months contract, renewable - Salary : between 2300 and 2800 euros - + 13th month.
