Inbound Customer Care We are looking for customer focused advisors for an inbound customer contact centre based in Bredbury Industrial Park. You will take inbound calls from customer who need assistance - this could be anything from needing to change their address details to needing some first class technical support to get them up and running. You will be part of a fully paid training programme for the first four weeks, which will teach you how to give the best technical support and advice to customers. Your job will be answering any questions the customer has, resolving any potential issues and updating the in-house system accordingly. This job would be suitable for anyone looking to start a career in customer service, or anyone with an interest in modern technology, as you will receive full training and support from day one of your employment. Free parking on site and many amenities nearby - shops, petrol station and eateries. This is a permanent, full time contract paid at £16,500 per annum (plus annual bonus for customer satisfaction). Please note to apply for this job you MUST be able to work on a flexible rota between 7am and 11pm Monday - Sunday (always 8 hours a day 5 days a week). You will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance so that you can plan your social life around your working hours. There are no sales involved within this role.
