Join us and become Student Assistant in our HR organisation 'People & Development Oil & Gas' where your primary tasks will be to assist the HR business partners with everyday HR tasks. People & Development develops and implements strategies and policies which contribute to ensuring that our strategy is realised through attracting, developing and retaining competent, motivated and committed employees – all in close dialogue with managers and employees, You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen. You will work approximately 15-20 hours a week depending on our needs and your study plan. Your primary tasks will be to •help with administration and coordination of yearly HR processes •assist with recruitment, such as planning interviews and sending out tests •support the People & Development team as required •make reports for the rest of the business on HR data. Furthermore, your primary job will be to support the divestment of DONG Energy Oil & Gas to INEOS. This will include transferring HR data, employee information, align system information and more. Your qualifications and core competences include that you •are currently studying a bachelor or master degree within business administration, such as eg bachelor in economics and business administration, bachelor in business psychology or bachelor in business administration and philosophy or similar and are passionate about HR •have at least two years left before graduating •have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks •are able to handle several tasks simultaneously and thrive in a changeable environment •speak and write English fluently.
