Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

- As HR Coordinator you are responsible for HR administration

- Recruit actively for all positions, working closely with recruitment agencies to source the best candidates

- Interview candidates and manage the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, testing setup, and communicating feedback to


- Coordinate compensations and benefits for blue collars

- Coordinate the payroll process for blue collars

- Perform HR reporting (sickness, vacation, overtime, flow, organization chart)

- Support and communicate general and HR communications (hires, policies,…) through company assigned tools (intranet, digital signage, …)

- Liaison officer with personnel (documents, info, request,..)

- Work closely with managers to resolve employee relations issues

- Support the implementation of global HR projects (surveys, policies, …) 

- Coordinate the performance appraisals for blue collars

- Time registration 

- Coordinate and safeguard the training of personnel 

- Perform new hire orientation

- Support the organization of the monthly union meetings and the problemsolving of daily union issues

- Support the organization and coordination of social elections

- Master or minimum bachelor degree or equal by experience

- Professional experience minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in the automotive sector

- Company language is English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package

- Knowledge of payroll software is a plus

- Knowledge of time registration system is a plus

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment

- Recruitment skills (STAR method, assessment, …)

- Good knowledge of HR legislation and compensations and benefits

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Know how to deal with different stakeholders and how to manage conflicting expectations

- Attention to confidentiality and integrity
