Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service to the Company and provide support and guidance to line managers on a day-to-day basis Promote the Acis way of working by supporting the HR Team in managing change effectively and fostering positive employee relations throughout the business. Assist the HR Team in achieving functional excellence by co-ordinating and promoting all HR operational activities and championing effective Human Resource Management practices. The HR Advisor is specifically accountable for: Advising line managers in interpreting and applying HR policies, practices and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with statutory frameworks and company policies. Monitor changes in employment law regulations and ensure that all HR activities are fully compliant with legal stipulations and best practice. Ensure that all aspects of the employee’s life cycle are managed effectively and continuously improved. Hold a relevant professional qualification eg CIPD level 5 A good standard of education, including A-Levels or equivalent. Relevant degree-level qualification is desirable Full UK Driving Licence A demonstrable knowledge of developing and maintaining effective Human Resource Management practices and processes Possesses a good basic knowledge of current UK Employment Law Previous experience of providing an effective Human Resource service and advising on general HR issues Experience of working with confidential information and maintaining its security Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook High analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate information Excellent administrative skills, eg ability to maintain accurate files and records Capable of taking on a broad spectrum of work and the ability to multi-task and produce high quality outputs within agreed time frames Objective and able to maintain confidentiality at all times Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels Commutable from Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Lincoln, Doncaster, Retford, Worksop and Hull. Close to the A15 and M180.
