In light of its global expansion plans, the company is now seeking a ‘Head of Public Relations’ reporting directly to the CEO of the organisation. What you will do * Report to the CEO to discuss issues of business strategy, products, services and target client base to identify public relations requirements; developing the most appropriate strategy to deliver these objectives. * Write, edit and arrange for the effective distribution of press releases, internal/ external communication, articles for internal/external magazines, annual report letters and other public relations material. * Define target groups and implement strategy through appropriate media planning work. * Address individuals, clients and other target groups through meetings, presentations, media and other events to enhance the public image of our Royal Enfield brand. * Direct the arranging of conferences, exhibitions and seminars to promote the Royal Enfield brand. * Conceive advertising campaigns to impart the desire product image of Royal Enfield in an effective and economic way; revising and reviewing advertising campaigns as necessary. * Stay abreast of changes in media, readership and viewing figures. * Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO office and internal stakeholders (Including Brand strategy/Content team, Product Strategy and Industrial Design team, CEO direct reports and their LIS) demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff and also engage with external stakeholders/agencies (Including Media, Investors, Industry leaders, Automotive associations and Government departments) as the liaison to the CEO office. * Manage relationships and engage with organisations/agencies on behalf of the CEO. * Reach out to new contacts/organisations/agencies to build a network for the company. * Undertake research for internal projects related to building the Royal Enfield brand, enriching customer experience and innovations. * Process proposals received from external agencies, undertaking research and analysis on investment opportunities. What you need to succeed: * A BSc or Masters Degree in Communications and Media, Business Management or Public Relations or similar qualification is preferred. * Since this is a senior level role, reporting directly to the CEO of the organisation, you should have a proven track record within Public Relations at a senior level and have the maturity and perspective to manage interaction with senior stakeholders, both internal and external. * Extensive knowledge of the automotive market. * Expertise in written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. * Very strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders; * Demonstrable, proactive approach to pro
