We currently have an opportunity for a Fire and Health and Safety Operative to join our dedicated team in London and we really want to hear from you if; You are able to take personal responsibility and work on your own initiative; You are a team player with excellent communication skills; You have experience of carrying out health & safety inspections; You are willing and able to commute within London using public transport; This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as an integral part of a dedicated Assets department, providing assistance to the Building Services Team. Working in conjunction with other Fire and Health & Safety Operatives and Surveyors you will be responsible for visiting sites and carrying out high standard inspections, testing fire safety systems and lighting, reporting repairs, raising purchase orders, attending contractor meetings and compiling reports. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, good written communication skills, apply attention to detail and work accurately and calmly when dealing with difficult situations.
