If yes, then come join Logistics & Finance at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. About the department Novo Nordisk Pharmatech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk, located in Køge. We produce auxiliaries for Novo Nordisk as well as active substances Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (APIs) and auxiliaries for the global pharmaceutical market. We are today approximately 160 employees in the company. The Logistics & Finance team is responsible for purchasing raw materials for production, production planning, financial controlling and accounting and employs a total of 8 employees. Our team is expanding and we have an available position as Financial Business Analyst. The position We are looking for a dedicated and result oriented employee for a position anchored in the team’s Finance function. Together with your colleagues your job will be to secure a timely and accurate reporting where you will be involved in controlling, analytical and accounting tasks. You are expected to recommend and implement methods for increasing the company’s efficiency and profitability. You will analyse and use findings to make suggestions for improvement in budget, operations and supply chain in order to secure our long term strong financial performance. You will play a key role in preparing the Monthly Management Report and in the month and year end financial processes. The budget processes at Novo Nordisk require strong financial insight and business understanding and you will be involved in preparing and communicating presentations in this relation, as well as managing the stakeholders at both Novo Nordisk Pharmatech and Novo Nordisk headquarters. As part of daily financial operations you will work with a broad range of analysis; unit cost calculations, variance analysis, external market analysis, risk management and you will partner with cross organisational stakeholders in order to ensure actions are taken in a timely manner. Qualifications You have a Master’s degree (cand.merc) in Accounting, Economics and Finance or similar and you have a couple of years of relevant experience from a large company with a complex financial setup. There are many tight deadlines and the ability to plan and prioritise is essential. Curiosity and initiative are important skills, as they will ensure successful results and enable you to challenge the daily tasks with a LEAN approach to optimise the financial processes. You must have an excellent understanding of accounting principles and activity based costing principles. Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential and experience from SAP FICO is an advantage. Your good communication skills make it natural for you to create close relationships with cross organisational stakeholders.
