CRG is a dynamic, award-winning, healthcare recruitment staffing business seeking an experienced, Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant. The successful candidate is extremely proactive and can work autonomously, using their own initiative as well as possessing the ability to multi-task and provide first class support to Board Directors. The role will be based in Prescot, Merseyside. Duties and Responsibilities include: • Maintain and coordinated manageable diaries • Receive, sort and prioritise mail and emails and redirect as appropriate • Respond to all routine correspondence without direction • Ensure all aspects of meetings/conferences are organised, agendas developed and prompt action taken maintaining timely responses to deadlines at all times • Prepare and distribute documentation for meetings • Attending and minute meetings as required • Tracking actions and deadlines of assigned tasks • Making travel reservations and accommodation arrangements • Preparing expenses • Liaising both internally and externally with Board members, key stakeholders and clients • Preparation of materials and agendas for internal and external meetings • Compiling and filing confidential letters and other documentation • Managing and arranging fleet cars accordingly • Providing ad-hoc support to Board Directors • Managing and organising the advocate employee steering group. This involves: • Ad-hoc projects The core hours are 8am – 6pm, but flexibility will be required and you will need to be available out of hours on your phone. To apply for this role you will need: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role • Ideally have worked within a Healthcare sector • Be trustworthy and ensure confidentiality at all times • Knowledge of working within a Finance department and understanding of budgets • Experience in Microsoft applications, advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills – the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines • Excellent time management skills • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills – the ability to interact at all levels • Good verbal and written English with an excellent eye for detail • Full driving licence and access to a car CRG is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications regardless of sex, age, race, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, religion and belief, pregnancy and maternity or disability.
