We’re looking for an ambitious student to join our growing, international Talent Attraction team. This internship covers both broader employer brand strategies and specific talent attraction marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a student, who can inspire us with creative ways of presenting Ageras as an employer to an extensive field of potential candidates in Europe. Specifically, you will: •Help implement employer brand communication strategies across all of Europe •Organize career events at universities and trade schools (set objectives, coordinate, and follow-up)– and then, of course, you’ll assist at the events •Track our marketing efforts and media exposure •Update our internal databases and media lists •Assist in drafting and editing employer communications copy (e.g. social media posts, adverts, and internal publications) •Assist in maintaining web content and execution of social media strategies We’ll of course also have some general administrative and ad-hoc tasks for you. If you have other talents, we’ll be happy to let you grapple with: • Recruitment: You’ll support with hiring Interns for the Spring2018 season • Data Analytics: You’ll build Employer Branding Analytics Dashboards in Periscope • Market Research: You’ll find out everything there’s to know about our prospective talents’ wants, needs, and beliefs • Photography & Video: You’ll showcase our unique Ageras culture in worthy, visual ways • Digital Marketing: You’ll support with SoMe (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and PPC (Adwords, specifically) campaigns as well as optimize SEO across all platforms Requirements You are: You’re passionate about branding, marketing, communication, and event planning. You’re currently studying a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources Management (HRM), Organizational psychology or maybe something totally different? You’re a self-driven person with a strong personal drive and dedication – so much so that you take pride in delivering excellent service to your stakeholders. You thrive in a busy, start-up environment and bring a can-do attitude to all aspects of your work. We’re counting on you to be a strong organizer with a structured approach to your work – also you have an eye for details and deadlines. In this team, we laugh a lot – even when the pressure is high, so if you can crack a couple of jokes, you’ll fit right in! You have: •Excellent written and verbal English language skills •Desire to take responsibility for tasks and projects •Strong project management and coordination skills •An analytical mind and solid researching skills •The ability to learn quickly •A basic understanding of media relations and digital media strategies would be considered a plus •A basic understanding of web analytics would be considered a plus. Start date: Ideally, 4th September 2017 and 4-5 months onwards. The internship is a full-time position, but we are flexible, should you need to attend a lecture sporadically.
