Do you have solid experience within optimisation of online marketing and e-Business and do you know how to bridge data insights and customer experience to grow the business value of online tools? In addition, do you know what it takes to lead optimisation processes together with a team of online experts? In short, if you would you like to be part of a team with the responsibility to continuously improve the business value of our corporate site, all local sites and a growing number of apps, then we have the position you are looking for. Your challenges You will play a key role in the Digital Business Optimisation team in e-Business. Together with UX experts, online analysts and front-enders, you will have the responsibility to improve our rapidly growing number of digital touchpoints across the digital user journey. The e-Business team consist of experts within their own fields and the quality of deliveries are on a great level. We work agile in dedicated, cross-functional teams, and you will be a big part of making sure that our team is continuously optimised. In the end, this will lead to better deliveries and contribute to our business. Your main tasks will include to: •Build business cases for specific optimisation initiatives and document the value creation of an optimisation job •Analyse continuous data-sources to spot new patterns in user behaviour that need to be addressed by us so we can always deliver the optimal customer experience •Target user tests and analysis to inform specific optimisation initiatives •Develop new methods to track and measure user behaviour •Define and analyse KPIs •Identify pain points in available data-sources •Develop and test possible improvements As you will be collaborating internationally with our sales companies worldwide, you must expect to travel approx. 10 days per year. Your qualifications We expect you to have at least three years of work experience with online marketing or/and e-Business, maybe as a consultant. You have an extensive understanding of online customer experience and web optimisation as well as more specialised disciplines, such as online content, SEO/SEM, a/b testing, usability, UI/IA, analytics, conversion rate optimisation and/or inbound tactics. We use both qualitative and quantitative data in order to understand our customer and to make decisions. It will be great if you have experience in using relevant data and tools to support decision making, but what is more important is the ability to identify and discover possibilities within the data to empower and support the customer. The person we are looking for is driven by the ambition of creating business value through improving customer experience - a person with a courageous and inventive mind-set who prefers to test hypothesis rather than just relying blindly on established best-practice. It is import that you prefer an agile approach and maybe you have scrum training/certification. You are an excellent communicator who loves to share insights with colleagues both in the team but also across the VELUX organisation and in relevant networks. As you will engage with stakeholders throughout our organisation, you must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing - other European languages would be a strong asset. Experience with Sitecore is a plus.
