Customer Service Executive - 12 Month Contract (Maternity Cover) Dublin €25- 27K + Benefits The Chubb brand is one of the most recognised fire and security brands in the world. We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive for our Dublin operation, (based near Sandyford) providing Maternity cover for a 12 month contract. Based at our call handling centre in Dublin, the Customer Service Executive will be required to provide excellent customer service to our engineering teams, external customers, supervisors, managers and other departments. Your role will combine administrative tasks, coordinating/allocating work schedules, inbound call handling and all-round customer service provision, whilst meeting and exceeding the demands and SLA requirements for all customers. Key Responsibilities include: • To ensure all repair calls are allocated efficiently to the engineer teams • Customer service call desk functions • Scheduling and allocation emergency and maintenance calls to our Service Engineer teams throughout Ireland • Providing our customers with update status of works • Liaising with other departments, supervisors and managers in order to provide the customer with required information or product • Customer reporting; general quotations; customer surveys • Organizing stock replenishments for the engineers and purchase requisitions • General administration duties Skills and Experience Required: • Relevant experience in a service based industry and in a similar customer service role • Confident and clear communication skills and excellent telephone manner • Good level of administration skills, including Work, Excel and Outlook • Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping out willingly when required Chubb, a UTC Climate Controls & Security company, does business with hundreds of thousands of customers around the world.
