With our rapid growth, we are seeking a Creative Strategist to join our expanding team. This candidate will be tasked to apply digital communications, strategic digital insights and deep understanding of the customer decision journey to support brands in their digital transformation. The right candidate will be tasked to strengthen long-standing relationships with our existing Fortune 500 clients, creatively demonstrate problem solving skills while effectively managing projects that ensure Vertic solutions create business impact. Main responsibilities: •As an experienced and innovative Creative Strategist / Senior Strategic Planner, you combine a passion for and knowledge of digital media, storytelling fundamentals, have the portfolio to prove it and to ensure high-quality delivery on our key service lines •Develop and execute digital strategy and brand positioning recommendations, working closely with internal stakeholders as well as clients on executive level to push the boundaries on brand and digital marketing. •Provide solid understanding and knowledge of web and technology trends and innovative implementations. •Show a passion for brands, brand development, brand definition and brand creation (all things brand). •Support Account Management team - preparing for & participating in client presentations •Ideation with members of the Creative Team in order to translate insights into creative concepts •Contribute to Vertic's thought leadership position in the digital marketing space. •Challenge the client’s use of digital solutions as marketing, communication and learning tools Main tasks: •Partner with full client team to take briefs and turn them into big, original, culturally vibrant ideas •Execute and guide strategic development to ensure executive buy-in through all stages of creative development, production and post-production—ensuring faithful execution, quality, and brand consistency all the way •Execute across a wide range of output and digital channels •Collaborate with cross-functional and global team members and outside partners, building consensus, understanding, and cooperative working relationships •Seek to push our client brands and our digital marketing practice into new media, experimenting, testing and tracking •Developing 'client-ready' reports / presentations. •Conducting client workshops. Desired Skills and Experience •Education: Bachelors+ •5+ years of experience in digital advertising and/or experience in management consulting, corporate branding and marketing •Worked as a strategic planner, creative and/or conceptual consultant with Fortune 1000 companies Core Competencies: •Combinatory thinking and ability to “think outside the box”.
