About the department The position is anchored in IT Academy; part of IT Shared Services in Corporate IT. IT Academy is responsible for facilitating and executing Global IT Talent Programmes and a number of global cross-organisational networks with focus on competency development, networking and sharing better practice. Corporate IT counts 700 employees, based in Denmark and India. You will join a team of 9 enthusiastic and highly dedicated colleagues working on improving services within IT Business Consulting, Training and Competency Development. The position As Competency Development Consultant you three main responsibilities will be; Summit for 3 Centres of Excellence Design, plan and execute a yearly summit, where more than 300 project managers, system managers and specialist from all over the world are gathered (either virtually or physically) to focus on learning, knowledge sharing and networking. The job includes identifying and engaging internal and external speakers, ensure strong commitment by timely and easy assessable communication and provide the necessary technical assistance during the summit. Global IT Talent Academy (GITA) An intensive learning opportunity for nominated talents working on a case prepared by and presented to IT Management. GITA is hosted virtually and you will, together with the HR Partner, be responsible for facilitating a successful collaboration across different time-zones and cultures. Corporate IT On-boarding The purpose of Corporate IT On-boarding is to ensure a smooth integration to Corporate IT by providing relevant information for new employees for them to understand their new work place and the operating dynamics. Your primary delivery will be the Introduction days, taking place in both DK and India. You will work closely with our Shared Service Centre located in Bangalore, India, to ensure an aligned and high quality experience for the participants in both locations. Furthermore you will assist a number of global functional network forums focusing on sharing better practice. You will arrange and meet with the reference groups regularly to discuss relevant agenda topics, engage speakers and manage the IT technical setup during the network meetings. Common for all your responsibilities is that you will constantly work on maturing and improving the quality delivered through the summits, academies and networks. You will do this in close collaboration with stakeholders from all across the global IT organisation. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, IT or another relevant field combined with at least 2-3 years of working experience. You are structured, a strong communicator and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You have flair for- and interest in IT and are curious about supporting the future development of new competencies. You have a high personal drive, the ability to work independently and a global mind-set. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
