We have over 40 contractors on our network and with their dedication, we`re been providing outstanding customer service support for over a decade in supporting claimants in a crisis. As a result of growth within Oriel we have a number of exciting opportunities for individuals who have either a background in claims handling, the construction industry and/or customer service. You`ll be handling a repair based portfolio, so your main duties will be to set up and manage the repair progress on our in-house claims system, record and update records as they are received and proactively manage the progression of repairs within agree time frames. Experience with understanding schedules of work is an advantage. You`ll already be experienced in diarising such activities and liaising with our customer, contractors and clients, collating information on each repair, ensuring that repairs are completed in a timely manner with exceptional levels of customer service. Additionally, the role will involve both telephone and written interactions with a number of key stakeholders; involving regular checks of e-mails, diary and other relevant information , so it`s imperative you`ll be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise urgent requests or complaints if they arise. About you: You`ll have a passion for exceptional customer service, teamed with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task as well as: • Relative experience in working within a fast- paced environment, ideally with experience in working to deadlines • Contractor repair support experience will be a distinct advantage • Experience within claims or building industry • The ability to prioritise your workload and identify urgent tasks • Strong customer service skills • Methodical, organised and the ability to work with minimal supervision • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written • Excellent telephone manner • Accurate keyboard skills • Good general IT literacy inTrust and Oriel, powered by Cunningham Lindsey, are committed to Equal Opportunity and Diversity.
