Are you looking to work within a fast changing and professional environment with focus on delivering superior results and being part of a team. Then HR Business partner in Vestas Wind Systems A/S will be the role for you.

You will work in a matrix organisation with a direct line to the HR organisation and a dotted line to the business. Your focus area will be our office in Copenhagen, and main stakeholders will be Managers at different levels and their management teams. Your location will be our site in Copenhagen

As HR Business Partner you bring business understanding, change management, consulting and learning know-how to your partnership with the line managers, so that you together create value. You will team up with line managers to support them reach their goals. You will support them formulate winning strategies by; focusing on the right decisions, by having an informal opinion about what the business must do, by aligning capabilities to match demands.

As HR Business Partner you will focus on execution of strategy by aligning HR processes and initiatives to help accomplish the organization's vision and mission. As a member of the management teams you will bring deep expertise in people and organization, with enough business savvy you will help shaping the future business directions.

Responsibilities

As HR Business Partner you bring business understanding, change management, consulting and learning know-how to your partnership with the line managers, so that you together create value. You will team up with line managers to support them reach their goals. You will support them formulate winning strategies by; focusing on the right decisions, by having an informal opinion about what the business must do, by aligning capabilities to match demands.

Furthermore, you will focus on execution of strategy by aligning HR processes and initiatives to help accomplish the organization's vision and mission. You will Drive the overall people agenda and with sufficient business understanding you will help shaping the future business directions.

You will drive the entire Human Resource agenda, e.g.:

- Give expert advice to management and employees (e.g. people matters, teambuilding, leadership & people development, change initiatives)

- Ensure the availability and development of appropriate people resources and talents to meet the needs of the business (e.g. workforce planning, team- and talent development)

- Drive performance management - both at organizational and individual level

- Lead organizational development efforts.

- Coach, counsel and recommend solutions to managers

- Drive implementation of Vestas HR initiatives as well as people related strategic initiatives

- Drive cross functional site initiatives including induction

Qualifications

- We are looking for a candidate with a proven professional record within HR - preferably with experience from a global organization.

- Extensive experience as a HR Partner and/or HR Manager, a Bachelor or Master degree within HR or similar.

- General HR certifications (e.g. capability test, employment law, coaching, team development).

- Able to solve both operational tasks as well as tactical and strategic tasks to support the business

Competencies

Professional skills:

- Brings an outside-in perspective to the table and is knows how to turn HR knowledge into real business value

- Coaching, counseling & consulting skills (candidates holding general HR certifications and/or training in e.g. capability test, employment law, coaching, team development will be preferred).

- Personality assessment skills

- Experience wit
