To strengthen and ensure the future success of Endress + Hauser Instruments International AG in Reinach /BL, we are looking for a Business Development Manager Energy Solutions who is selling tailor-made Energy-Monitoring Services based on energy saving potential in the client’s processes. The Business Development Manager is responsible for growth in sales and a better penetration of developing markets around the globe. Job Description The Business Development Manager’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Actively scout and approach new and existing customers to expand business opportunities • Analyze the energy-consumption processes and identify the energy- and cost-saving chances • Convey the principle of continuous improvement in regards to energy consumption optimization • Influence the strategic direction of the company towards a focused market approach within the energy solution segment • Track project relevant issues (resources, financial impact, experience exchanges) • Responsible for internal and external communication with key stakeholders • Know-how transfer to other functions within the worldwide organization Qualifications • Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with commercial experience • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills • Extensive knowledge and experience of technical aspects to natural resources as water, air, gas, energy and steam • Experience in analysing problems quickly and provide professional solutions • IT literacy (Office Package, CRM, SAP) • Comfortable to work in a global organization and a cross functional environment • Excellent command of English language required • Performance oriented personality • Native sales personality If you feel capable to meet these demands, then please send your complete application to VvC-Personalmanagement, Verena von Castelmur, Eichenstrasse 19, 4142 Münchenstein 061 411 10 31, infoVvCpersonal.ch
