You will refer to Group Director, Gitte Kirkeby Søe. ” You will be part of a team that consists of different specialists and project managers, working with all aspects of our brand from setting direction through our Brand and Design Manual, developing campaigns, sponsorships and other activities to activate our brand. We are relentlessly ambitious in making sure the Grundfos brand reaches its full potential,” Gitte explains. What is the job about? We believe it is the sum of all the experiences our customers have with Grundfos that make our brand. As our new Brand Project Manager, you work on projects that aim to secure an aligned brand experience in different touch points, such as development and implementation of brand review workshops, projects that activate the Grundfos brand in different touch points and implementation of global brand initiatives. “We function as a centre of excellence, training best practice and brand compliance in our local sales companies to help them optimise our brand locally. This also means that you should expect to travel approximately 30 days a year to different locations to drive training sessions and workshops,” Gitte says. What do you need to apply? You have a master’s degree within Marketing, Communication or similar combined with 3 years of experience working with brand and/or marketing projects preferably from a marketing function, a design function or a marketing agency. You also possess project management competences and strong knowledge on digital media platforms. Being fluent in English is a must – preferably combined with international experience. “On a personal level, you are ambitious and have a strong drive. You have a good aesthetic sense and understands the importance of having an aligned approach to the brand - from the overall brand story to the smallest details,” Gitte finishes.
