Develop, maintain and drive global talent acquisition Your main responsibility will be to develop, implement and drive a high-performing global attraction service organization that offers excellent value addition to about 18,000 Grundfos managers and employees in the areas of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. Doing so, you ensure that we can continue to deliver outstanding professional support to the business while strengthening our talent acquisition efforts. Provide leadership and direction to a global team About a year ago, we started a transformation process to which you will contribute by defining solutions in the project phase as well as leading the actual implementation. With a strong vision, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and show leadership by introducing new trends and state-of-the-art solutions. You will lead a team of 16 recruiters with 3 direct reports, namely the team leads for Europe, Asia and the USA, which entails some travelling. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with the rest of our HR service management team as well as relevant project teams. The position is based in Bjerringbro, Denmark, with the option of working from Budapest, Hungary. Your key responsibilities include: Building a professional recruitment team and making them the preferred recruitment partners within Grundfos Maintaining a collaborative partnership with key stakeholders in HR as well as the business Ensuring qualitative and consistent delivery of the global processes Creating high user satisfaction and establishing KPIs for your area Facilitate change in a dynamic environment As we are working on implementing our new HR strategy, your ability to communicate and set a clear direction is essential. Moreover, a central challenge will be to manage and balance the workflow in an ever-changing environment, e.g. by establishing dynamic collaboration with preferred vendors or suppliers. With your visionary and entrepreneurial mindset, you influence senior leaders and international stakeholders. You are collaborative and know how to drive others as well as decide and initiate action. Moreover, your agile mindset enables you to successfully deliver on multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Strong HR and management experience You have 5+ years of experience in people management within HR, working with talent acquisition in a complex global business environment. You have strong knowledge of best practices within attraction, recruitment and onboarding. You have excellent communication skills, and you speak and write English fluently. You are willing to travel approximately 40-50 days per year.
